Using Mass Media and Family Planning to Save Lives

  • MZ02 Pipitea Campus Victoria University Wellington (map)

For this event we’ve invited Rowan Lund - Operations Manager at Family Empowerment Media (FEM) - to talk to us about their life-saving work.

FEM is a charity which was originally founded through Charity Entrepreneurship, and they run campaigns to spread vital health information regarding contraception, and to prevent unnecessary deaths from pregnancy.

Rowan will speak to us about what they do, why their work is important, and how they can measure the outcomes of their work.

This session will be held in MZ02 at Pipitea Campus. While we run events at the university our group is comprised of both students and professionals. Anyone is welcome to join. Please be aware the doors to the university stop automatically opening past 6 pm.
