Faunalytics

Support research into effective animal advocacy

Faunalytics is a nonprofit research institute which provides animal advocates with the data they need for effective action.

The animal advocacy movement is generally lacking in research that can help guide its actions, and many charities do not make use of the research that is available. Faunalytics seeks to fill that gap, working to empower animal advocates with access to research, analysis, strategies, and messages that maximise their effectiveness to reduce animal suffering.

Their work to date includes:

  • Maintaining the worlds largest database of animal advocacy research

  • Partnering with animal advocacy organisations on research projects to improve the effectiveness of those organisations' work

  • Producing their own original research in areas they have identified as key knowledge gaps in the movement
