Ever wanted to ask someone who works for an Effective Altruism organisation about their take on EA? We’re starting up again with a guest speaker from the Centre for Effective Altruism (CEA).

Catherine Low is a New Zealander who now works in the community health team for CEA. Catherine’s main role is to support those in the EA community, including assessing and mitigating risks to the community.

In this event we will learn from Catherine about her work, what CEA does, the worldwide EA community, and you will have the opportunity to ask your own questions as well!

This is a crossover event between EA Dunedin and EA Wellington. For those attending from Dunedin, please meet at St David Complex Seminar Room A. Wellington attendees will be meeting at room MZ02 at the Pipitea campus.
