At Litmaps, we’re on a mission to accelerate scientific discovery, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who is as passionate about innovation as they are about impact and people.
This is a versatile, do-it-all role for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves and making things happen, and doesn’t need a rulebook for that. You’ll design and deliver strategy, execute campaigns, shape our brand voice, and work across everything from digital ads to community building. You’ll have a strong grasp of marketing data and analytics, using insights to inform strategy, optimise performance, and make decisions grounded in evidence. It’s not a role for someone who needs detailed processes for every step, it’s for someone who enjoys figuring things out, improving what exists and innovating.
We’re a small, collaborative team that values curiosity, flexibility, and initiative. You’ll have plenty of scope to shape our tools, systems, and even the way we do marketing itself.
