FutureSearch is looking for exceptional Research Engineers to build AI-powered workflows that push the frontier of what’s possible in researching the past, present, and future.

You are a researcher who can rapidly engineer systems based on papers in your field. Starting from a rough idea for a capability – identifying actors with the most influence over an event’s outcome, for example – you can draw from modern AI to design and implement a pipeline or agent that implements it, and rigorously evaluate your solution. You familiarize yourself with new libraries, models, techniques, and frameworks in the LLM ecosystem. You work quickly, and want to build something really great that you yourself would use.
