As Senior Scenarios Program Manager, you will own the design and delivery of high-stakes scenarios workshops that bring together leading economists, technologists, and policymakers to explore economic futures under transformative AI.
This is not an events coordination role. You will shape the intellectual substance of our workshops—translating strategic goals into compelling scenarios experiences, ensuring outputs influence policy conversations globally, and continuously improving our methodology. At the same time, you will be accountable for flawless execution, working with an external events agency that handles logistics.
Your responsibilities:
Design scenarios workshops as intellectual products: understand the audience, articulate clear goals, and translate these into meaningful scenarios that are rigorous yet accessible
Drive end-to-end delivery of workshops: participant recruitment, agenda design, facilitation planning, materials preparation, and follow-up
Commission and coordinate external experts, facilitators, events firms, and other contributors
Produce post-workshop outputs including synthesis reports, policy briefs, and participant network maintenance
Maintain and deepen relationships with economists, AI researchers, and policy leaders to strengthen our convening power
Collaborate with communications team to amplify workshop insights
Continuously improve our scenarios methodology and workshop model
About You
