As Chief of Staff at Harmony, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working directly with the founders to build and scale critical company functions. This is a unique opportunity to have massive impact across the entire organization, from HR and finance to fundraising and culture-building.

What you'll be doing:
Designing and implementing best-in-class operational processes across HR, finance, and company execution
Supporting fundraising efforts and managing relationships with investors and external partners
Planning and executing company offsites and culture-building initiatives
Collaborating with founders on strategic projects (e.g. a new product roadmap)
Helping us recruit & retain top talent, through hiring, HR, and cultural projects and processes
As we grow, building and managing operations and cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives
What you bring to the table:
Genuine passion for our mission and an impact mindset
Consistent, efficient execution toward goals
The ability to rapidly ship “80/20” MVPs while still meeting project requirements
Experience building and scaling processes, balanced with flexibility and empathy
Experience selecting and managing external vendors, including SaaS products, professional services, and contractors
Strong people and stakeholder management skills
Quick learner who can apply new skills pragmatically to achieve outcomes
Excellence in both independent and collaborative work
Resourcefulness and good problem solving skills
Proficiency with modern tools, including AI, to amplify your productivity
Ability to thrive in our remote-first environment (note: we’ll cover the cost of a co-working space, if that’s your preference!)
Nice to haves:
Experience working in both US and Australian business environments (our two main geographies)
Experience working in a high-growth startup
Experience in relevant systems we use (or similar): Xero, Slack, Rippling, Google Workspace, Notion
Domain expertise in relevant operational areas (top areas: HR / people ops, finance, go-to-market)
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience & locale. We believe in paying fairly and rewarding top talent.
Generous stock options that give you a stake in the company's success. Equity from 0.1% to 1%, depending on skills and background.
Larger equity amounts may be considered for more senior candidates keen and able to take on greater responsibility.
