📍Remote (Global) 🕔 Full Time
⏳ 30/03/2025 💰$78,000.00 - $83,000.00

You’ll be our go-to video guru — creating scroll-stopping content that turns heads, tugs at hearts, and inspires action. Working alongside our Video Production and Social Media Team, you’ll help us reach millions across social media audiences (eg. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more) while also contributing to video content for other platforms and audiences, like email and supporter engagement materials as needed. You will:

  • Craft compelling video content that reflects our theory of change and approach, maintains our brand voice, and helps us achieve our Vision and strategic outcomes. Think news-style social media edits, campaign videos, investigation exposés, media compilations, and the occasional plant-based foodie edits.

  • Work with raw footage (sometimes confronting, sometimes low grade) to produce public-facing videos that are sensitive to the source material and resonate with a variety of audiences.

  • Produce animated text and motion graphics to enhance video projects and effectively communicate key messages.

  • Maintain top-notch technical quality across all video output.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align video narratives with key messaging and strategic goals.

  • Manage personal editing workflow and project timelines to ensure delivery on schedule.

About You

You’re a creative powerhouse who thrives on turning raw footage into scroll-stopping videos that inspire change. You love crafting stories that move hearts and minds — and you’re ready to do it for a cause that truly matters.

Our ideal person is:

  • Inspired by our vision and aligned with our values.

  • A wizard with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator — you know your way around a timeline like nobody’s business.

  • Excited to incorporate motion graphics into video edits to enhance and elevate visual storytelling, creating polished final products.

  • Quick on your feet with responsive, time sensitive edits, turning a variety of footage types into powerful, gripping videos.

  • A pro at translating creative briefs into well-paced, impactful content that cuts through the noise.

  • Obsessed with what makes audiences tick and skilled at tailoring content to diverse audiences across social and digital channels.

  • A self-starter who owns their projects — you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience (paid or volunteer) working in NFP/For Purpose or other similar environments.

  • Know your way around high-end video cameras like the Sony A7 Series and the entire Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Have an eye for design — typography, colour grading, and all the details that make a video pop.

Excited by the opportunity but unsure if you have the capabilities we're looking for? We'd love to hear from you! Please reach out to the People & Culture Team via the details below.
