The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our operations are ready for scale. We are currently a diverse team of 70 people, but this could become 100 in a matter of months. The COO will ensure that our operational systems are supporting our fantastic team mates and prepare the organisation for rapid growth.
