Reaching and maintaining this scale will require us to have effective leadership. The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in supporting Fortify Health’s Executive team to navigate this exciting period of scaling.
Director, Field Research
LeRA is seeking an experienced research director to manage our in-country field research portfolio. In 2025, LeRA is conducting two lead content studies on consumer goods in East Africa: one in Kenya, and one in Malawi. Over the next five years, LeRA plans to conduct an additional 20 lead content studies across different countries, with a focus on Africa.

This role will be a member of the Development Data and Systems Team (DDS). The team’s primary function is to manage and continuously improve data, systems and reporting that relate to the New Zealand IDC Programme (formerly the New Zealand Aid Programme)
