📍Remote (Global) 🕔 Full Time
💰$50,000-120,000 USD 🔄 Rolling Applications
Help transform global philanthropy and make a significant impact by joining Giving What We Can (GWWC) as our Growth Marketer. GWWC’s community of over 10,000 pledgers now donate over $50 million together yearly to highly effective charities. With a renewed focus on growth, we’ve set a Big Hairy Audacious Goal “BHAG” to grow our community to 1 million pledgers donating at least $3B yearly. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives on building growth initiatives from conception to completion and loves optimising every step of the funnel.
Position Summary
As our Growth Marketer, you'll be a swiss-army knife for growth initiatives—a strategic thinker with exceptional execution skills who can take projects from idea to measurable impact. Working directly with our Chief Growth Officer, you'll have significant autonomy to identify opportunities, design experiments, and build the systems needed to scale our pledge growth. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and has a track record of driving measurable growth through data-driven experimentation. If you’re a proven and motivated self-starter, this could be your dream job.
