The MD will bring a proven track record in managing complex organizations and programs, ensuring day-to-day needs are met in a way that is sustainable and aligned to deliver the greatest impact. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive impactful projects, streamline operations, and foster a collaborative and communicative work environment.

As an instrumental leader executing CATF’s organizational strategy and implementation, the MD will develop and support organizational collaboration systems and practices, oversee feedback and evaluation efforts, and coordinate shared resources among organizational leadership, program managers, and support staff. Additionally, the MD will oversee the process for developing new efforts, including progress oversight, strategy, and funding development and overseeing formal projects to incubate new initiatives.
