The Analyst is an exciting opportunity to perform a junior role within the Ministry for the Environment's Market Assurance and Operations team.  The Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) is the key tool for meeting New Zealand's domestic and international climate change targets.  ETS units are issued and traded in the carbon market.  The Ministry administers the Climate Change Response Act 2002 and completes a wide range of interesting work in relation to the ETS and the carbon market.
