You'll define what it means to be a 🔸 10% Pledger, what value the pledge provides, and how our product connects, engages, and inspires the community of pledgers and people considering making this commitment.

    • Drive the vision, strategy, and execution for the 🔸 10% Pledge experience

    • Define the value proposition that will help the pledge scale to millions of people

    • Develop a product roadmap that enhances the pledge journey, focusing on activation, retention, and advocacy

Together with the Director of Tech you’ll play a key role in evolving our product processes and culture needed to support our ambitious growth plans.

    • Establish product processes that enable data-driven decision making across the organisation

    • Work with the Build Team to allocate resources effectively
