ACE Recommended Charity Fund

Animal Charity Evaluators (ACE) conduct independent reviews to find and promote the most effective ways of helping animals.

Through evidence-based research, they assist generous donors, compassionate volunteers, and dedicated advocates to help as many animals as possible. Their Recommended Charity Fund is for anyone who wants to support ACE’s recommended charities through a single donation.

The Fund is disbursed twice per year (in January and July) to the charities that ACE’s research indicates are most effective at that time. Because January’s disbursement falls soon after their annual release of new charity recommendations and July’s disbursement falls soon after their mid-year check on Top Charities’ room for more funding, they are able to use the most current information to guide their allocation decisions.
