We’re looking for a social-native content powerhouse — someone who thrives on TikTok and IG, has a sharp eye for what cuts through, and isn’t afraid to be on camera, behind it, or both.
You’ll lead the social presence across both Race for Impact and High Impact Athletes, building real momentum with fast, authentic, human content. You’ll be “on the tools” daily — capturing, editing, and posting across channels. Growing our and energising our communities.
We’re looking for someone to drive our orgs as social movement missions, knowing how much good we can do the more reach we have.
What You'll Do
Create and post short-form video content (mostly Reels and TikToks) with energy, purpose, and pace
Be a UGC engine — filming yourself or capturing others—to stoke our audience and get them pumped on creating positive change
Help us stay plugged into what’s trending, viral, and relevant — and make it ours
Be the daily social voice and presence of both HIA and RFI
Work with athletes, editors, and campaign leads to craft compelling content that works
Bring ideas to the table and push boundaries — we want someone who’s proactive and ambitious to improve the world
Understand analytics and social performance, and use them to shape content for effective cut-through

A creator, not just a poster — someone who gets stoked on creating and knows how to get real reach
Smart — the charity world’s complex, and it takes nuance to communicate it well
Confident in front of the lens
Deep in TikTok, IG, and UGC culture
Fast, self-led, creatively hungry, and hype on mission-driven work
Understands analytics, social performance, and how to use it to our advantage
Handy with CapCut or similar mobile editing tools
Have an eye for great design and visual aesthetics
Bonus Points
You’ve grown an account (yours or someone else’s)
You’ve worked with creators, influencers, athletes, or impact brands
You’ve edited content in fast-moving live environments
You’re keen on sport, social change, or both
How to Apply
